It is hard to put into words exactly how good Akash is in his work. I had the pleasure of interacting with him, and using his passion for design for design related work within my club. The thought process, the design, the endless revisions, the vision and the leadership exhibited by Akash was truly mind-boggling. Akash joined the clubs' design team in the absence of senior leadership, took charge and hit the ball out of the park. All design collaterals were well planned, weeks in advance. Recruitment of design team members and delegation of design related work was seamless. As the senior leadership member of the club, the only unproblematic domain was design. Our thoughts, concerns and POVs were happily addressed and designs were drawn up accordingly. Interestingly, the design collaterals developed for a large pan Indian conference were applauded by the delegates of the conference, another testament to the work Akash puts out.
